Our Commitment to You
At Halal Labs, we aim to deliver high-quality products alongside a fair and transparent returns process. Please review the policy below before requesting a return.
30-Day Refund Window
Halal Labs accepts return requests for products purchased from our website within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below.
All returns must be authorised in advance by our support team. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging

A 20% handling/restocking charge will be deducted from approved refunds

Original shipping fees and any shipping protection services are non-refundable

Return Information
Please include a note inside the package with your order number and reason for return. Missing information may delay or prevent processing.
Bundles & Promotional Items
Where an order includes a bundle or complimentary item, all components of the bundle must be returned together.
If a free item is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from the refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:

Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that arrive faulty or damaged.
To request an exchange, email z@thehalallabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
Approved refunds (less applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If the refund does not appear immediately, please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.

Lost or Missing Deliveries
Halal Labs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery is confirmed by the courier. Claims must be raised directly with the shipping provider.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Due to fast order processing, orders cannot usually be amended or cancelled once placed.
For weekend or public-holiday orders, cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
