Halal Labs UK Shipping Policy

At Halal Labs, we aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver them safely using trusted UK carriers. Please review the information below for details on shipping times, costs, and responsibilities.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

  • Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are typically processed the same or next business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where applicable.

UK Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

  • Standard UK Shipping: typically 2–4 business days

  • Express UK Shipping (if selected): typically 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch, not from the date of order.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any optional shipping protection services selected at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracked delivery is used where available.

  • Once tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • Halal Labs cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, incorrect address details, or events outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Halal Labs is not responsible for:

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to address issues

If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order appears delayed or missing:

  1. Please check your tracking link and delivery confirmation

  2. Contact the courier directly for further information

Halal Labs cannot issue refunds or replacements for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at z@thehalallabs.com within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged packaging and product

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

International Shipping

This policy applies to UK orders only.

International shipping (if offered) will be subject to separate terms, delivery times, and customs responsibilities.
